Preparation

  • 2 to 4 cloves surgery laung
  • 1 cupful onions finely chopped
  • ¾ tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 to 2 green chilies (milder form) chopped
  • ½ cup love apple puree or finely cut
  • ¾ to ½ tsp red chilly powder (balmy variety alike kashmiri or byadgi) (Beaver State as needed)
  • ½ tsp Salt or as necessary
  • ¾ to ½ tsp garam masala or chicken masala powder
  • 1 Handful mint operating theatre pudina leaves (finely chopped surgery curry leaves OR both)
  • 1 Handful coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Preparation
